Refund policy
This policy reflects a manually fulfilled, customized digital song service paid by e-transfer. Review it against the final sales process and applicable consumer law before launch.
Free memorials
No payment is required for the basic memorial service, so there is no purchase price to refund. Account holders may edit or unpublish their memorial through the dashboard and may request deletion by contacting support.
Before e-transfer payment
An unpaid song order can be cancelled without charge.
After payment but before production
You may request a full refund while the order remains paid but has not entered production. Contact support@angelfur.com and provide the order number.
After personalized production begins
Because the song is customized from the customer’s questionnaire and manual production work begins after payment confirmation, payments are generally non-refundable after the order enters production. This does not limit remedies required by applicable consumer law or refunds for a failure to provide the purchased service.
Preview and included revision
The private preview is an approval step, not a free trial. One revision request is included. The customer must identify specific factual, pronunciation, lyric, mood, or musical changes. A change of genre, replacement of the underlying story, or substantially new instructions may require a separate order.
Service failure
If the business cannot provide a usable preview or completed song within a reasonable period and no alternative is accepted, the customer will receive a full refund. A corrupted or inaccessible delivered file will be replaced without charge.
Refund method
Approved refunds are returned by e-transfer to a verified address associated with the purchaser unless another legally required method applies. The website marks an order as refunded only after the administrator approves the refund; the actual bank transfer is completed separately and documented. The business aims to process approved refunds within 10 business days.
How to request a refund
Email support@angelfur.com with the order number, purchaser name, reason for the request, and the email address suitable for the return transfer. Do not send banking passwords or security answers.
