Most songs are ready for a private first preview within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed and the completed questionnaire is received. Complex requests or unusually busy periods may take longer, and we will let you know if the expected timing changes.

Every song order includes one reasonable revision request. You can explain what does not feel right, such as wording, emphasis, mood, or pacing. We will review your feedback and prepare an updated version within the limits described in the refund policy and terms.

Yes. The memorial owner can sign in and update the pet’s details, main photo, and written tribute. Changes may be reviewed before appearing publicly when moderation is required.

Published memorials are public and can be viewed by anyone who has the link. They may also be indexed by search engines. Drafts and unpublished memorials remain available only through the owner’s account and authorized administration tools.

We keep published memorials online for as long as AngelFur operates. If that ever changes, memorial owners will receive at least 90 days’ notice and an opportunity to download their memorial content. We do not describe this as permanent or lifetime hosting, but we will give owners practical time to preserve what they created.

The current MVP accepts Interac e-Transfer in Canadian dollars. After submitting the questionnaire, you receive an order number and payment instructions. Production starts after an administrator confirms the payment. Card payment is not available yet.

Yes, but the current order flow is primarily designed for memorial owners. You may use the questionnaire to explain that the song is a gift and provide the recipient’s relationship to the pet. Contact us before ordering when delivery, privacy, or surprise-gift arrangements require special handling.

AngelFur may use commercially licensed generative tools to assist with lyrics and music, but the process is not an unattended one-click generator. A person reviews the questionnaire, develops and evaluates versions, checks that the important details are represented respectfully, selects the strongest result, and prepares the private preview.

Yes. The standard public memorial page is free. Personalized songs and future premium features are optional paid services; you do not need to buy anything to create and share a standard memorial.
